  • COST EFFECTIVE JOBS

1. Artwork
Save additional typesetting colour management and time required to produce proofs and final artwork. If you cannot produce a press ready document, just ask us and we will sort it out from where you finished.

2. Paper size
When determining the size of your finished product, keep in mind the standard sizes of paper. While other sizes can be obtained, they will have to be cut out of large "parent" sheets at an extra cost.
It is less expensive to use A4 or A3 size paper whenever possible. If you are creating a small item, think about how many will fit on a sheet of paper.

3. Quantity guidelines
In regards to Offset printing there is always an initial start up cost, this does not change if you are to print 1 or 10,000 copies. This initial cost does not just include artwork and typesetting costs, but to set up film and plate and also to calibrate the printing machine. The cost for twice the quantity is much less than half the quantity.

5. Deadline
We understand that every customer wants their job completed yesterday, however allow time for your job to be printed. In most cases even in Digital Printing it will not be completed in 1 or 2 days. Keep in mind we may be busy and we do have to allow time for your job to get printed, bound, cut to size, packaged.
